Now in its 17th year, the annual SAQA Benefit Auction is a highly-anticipated art quilt sales event. In this Textile Talk, SAQA Executive Director Martha Sielman is joined by 12 participating artists. We'll hear about their artwork, process, and inspirations.
Garnering submissions from nearly 400 SAQA members, the auction artworks span the breadth of the medium. With opportunities to purchase artwork from $75-$1000, the Benefit Auction is a gateway for new art collectors. All auction proceeds support SAQA's mission to promote the art quilt and help fund our exhibitions, education, and outreach programs (including Textile Talks)!
