Women are still underrepresented in the employment market in senior positions. We’re often judged by our looks and the natural cycles that make us women. However, as we age our wisdom and skills grow with us; our ability to communicate and give support increases, and we become all the more valuable.

Each orb in #sumofourexperiences has been made according to the traditional Japanese craft of temari. The handmade paper thread has been weathered before being re-structured, creating beauty despite all the tags, blemishes, and wrinkles. All together we create a strong community with different life experiences to support each other and value our diversity.
