I combine vivid colors and whimsical stories to create free-form hand embroideries and fused art quilts. Each stitch with needle and thread slowly draws the tale. There are tales of family and home, stories that frighten me, and stories that fill me with joy. As I improvise a design or gently pull the thread through fabric, worlds evolve, and narratives take shape stitch by stitch.
