Unwound Like A Yoyo

My mission is to add a splash of color and a dash of whimsy to the world. I occasionally like to take the lowly yo-yo and use it in my art work in a way that elevates it from the old fashioned yo-yo coverlet to a more modern rendition. Sometimes my life seems like it has becomes unwound just like a toy wooden yo-yo that needs to be re-wound in order to play successfully with it. Occasionally it's up and down like a yo-yo, and other times it goes smoothly just like a yo-yo in an experienced master's hand. Fabric yo-yo's have another fascination for me as they remind me of a grandmother I never had the opportunity to know.
