The 2025 Conference will be held at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront. The Hilton Bayfront is located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, within walking distance of restaurants, museums, galleries, shopping, and nightlife. The world-famous Dalí Museum is across the street, and the downtown trolley passes just outside the hotel door, providing links to many other locations.

There are two airports in the region. Note that there are no direct hotel shuttles. Various ground transportation options are available. The choice of airport depends on which airline you select (budget airlines fly into St Pete while more planes fly into Tampa).
