The 2025 Conference will be held at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront. The Hilton Bayfront is located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, within walking distance of restaurants, museums, galleries, shopping, and nightlife. The world-famous Dalí Museum is across the street, and the downtown trolley passes just outside the hotel door, providing links to many other locations.
Reservations:
Hotel costs are NOT part of your conference registration fee. You are not required to stay at the conference hotel. Many other options are available, but we encourage you to take advantage of the low rate and enjoy the convenience of staying on-site. Reserve early - these spots go quickly (especially the double queen rooms).
SAQA has reserved a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate ($199 per night plus tax) for the conference dates of April 3-6. If you are arriving early or leaving later, please be aware that discounted rooms may not be available for the entire duration of your stay.

Arriving via Air
There are two airports in the region. Note that there are no direct hotel shuttles. Various ground transportation options are available. The choice of airport depends on which airline you select (budget airlines fly into St Pete while more planes fly into Tampa).
