Winter Owl

A snowy owl in flight, coming in for a landing, on a cold, wintery night. I created this piece for my husband, whose native american name is "Winter Owl." I am captivated by the "snippet" technique that creates a realistic image using bits of fabric as a painter would use strokes of paint.
