Touches of Red

Nature brings peace to troubled times. When I drive across the high plains of North America, the distances are so vast that I spend the hours looking for color in the weaving grasses. Red is a cheery color, and when I see touches of red in the landscape it makes me happy, even if I am angry or sad.
