Time to Leave

The “Me Too” movement has brought attention to the historic mistreatment of women. Because of the power dynamic between women and men, females are often unable to protect themselves from a partner who is physically, and/or verbally abusive. Many women are forced to flee their homes in order to protect themselves and their children. They may lack income to pay for a home or legal action. Our society needs to continue to support women as they seek safe homes for themselves and their children.
