Symphony of Leaves

In 2018 I traveled to New Zealand, where I was fascinated by Silver Fern leaves. I started making quilts with leaves following the shape and color of the Silver Fern, but later those leaves evolved into something different. This is the last quilt of that series, where I used my own hand dyed fabrics. I thought those fabrics were unsuccessful, and I would never find any use for them. I was surprised by the result.
