Separate Lives

One of a series I did based on photographs I took while visiting Spain where my daughter lived. It is late evening on the beach in Valencia with only a few stragglers walking past. Each was lost in their own thoughts not paying attention to the anything except for the older couple who understood the importance of one more sunset. I used a flat graphic style and heavy stitched lines to convey the stark light of sunset.
