Regeneration

Busby trained as a ceramicist. After spending years running a business creating in clay, she turned to fiber art. This piece is part of a series exploring the vessel form in cloth, returning to forms that she had explored in clay. The monumental size gives presence to the sculpture while the materials allow for a variety of surface textures.
