Radiant Reflections

Originally inspired by the Banshu-Ori weaving in her native Japan, Endo created a technique to try to capture the look of oil paintings using fabrics cut into “toothpick-sized” pieces. Endo’s works celebrate the beauty of nature, especially trees. Her quilting designs echo the shapes of the tree leaves.
