Photosynthesis

Photosynthesis is the process by which plants absorb light. As the light changes with the seasons, so do the trees. I equate this to the changes that are happening in my life. I am now 75, and I have macular degeneration. Soon I won’t be able to drive anymore and my daughter will have to take care of me, instead of me taking care of her and her children.

The light in my life is the love that my family has given me over the years. I was a single parent, and they were the light that kept me going. Things change!
