Ornithology of Oz

Australian birds are the most unique and diverse and colorful in the world. They are a part of our everyday life, even in the capital city of our country. We see the flashes of color as they dart through the trees and across the skies. We hear them every day as they herald in the morning or respond to the weather, as the fly home as the sun sets, or warn us if we are too close to their babies. They are colorful and free; they mean HOME to me.
