New Technology - Old Problems

In this maze of new technology, bits and bites, zeros and ones we think we have mastered communication. But have we really? How do I tell someone that I don't want to see him anymore, that I don't love him anymore or just simple things like that I forgot his birthday or can't keep a promise I made?

Does new technology really help in these cases - or is it making things worse?
