Midnight Zephyr: Small Craft Advisory

I wanted to incorporate action and visual movement, like streamers in the wind, walking in a twirly skirt, kites and sails, or flying birds. A search for a nautical flag for wind revealed the red pennant for “small craft advisory.” A wind weather symbol inspired the stitching pattern. When a viewer breezes by, it stirs to life.
