Mapped and Coded

On one hand, “Mapped and Coded” celebrates the journeys an individual’s life takes, mapping forays into a variety of interests, ideas, vocations, and communities that eventually become habituated. But this work also cautions against the loss of personal identity, the codification of data into targeted algorithms, and the consumerist and political motivations and manipulations lurking within the digital realm.
