I love working with vintage photographs to create my portraits. This fellow intrigued me as he looks so proud, all dressed up in his Sunday best with his gold watch on display. In marked contrast are the suit and the rough-looking shed that is behind him. His subtle smile is wonderful! I love capturing character in fabric.
