This quilt won 1st prize in the Art Quilt section of Quilt NSW members exhibition in 2016
My designs are inspired by the eucalypts close to home. I photograph and sketch them before I tranfer my ideas to fabric. I have been printing more of my own fabrics as part of the design process.

Materials
Cotton fabric and thread, fabric dye.
Techniques
Raw edge reverse applique, silk screen prints. Macine pieced and hand quilted.
