Floating Stars

I love experimenting with surface design and enjoy the spontaneity and immediacy of simple techniques that allow me to transform textiles into unique and complex designs. I use rusting, gel printing and sun printing, to customize plain and commercially decorated fabrics, and augment these processes with painting, photocopy transfer, and other forms of mark making.
