Family Affair

Family Affair was the first piece I created in the guineafowl miniseries. The Royal East Africa Vulturine guineafowl is the largest and most unique species of guineafowl. For me these stately birds hold an allure that is both magnificent and complex. I’m drawn to and amazed by their coat and color. The long lance-shaped feather stripes of brilliant blue, white and black are truly exquisite! I believe this kind of beauty only comes from a power greater than myself.
