Falling Shapes

It's my personal view of tree bark. These are particular sensations coming out from long and careful observations of nature and especially of trees. The work leads me to develop abstract, organic and minimalist forms. My work is all pieced and quilted with simple vertical lines using variegated threads. That is to give movement, depth and highlight all the piecing work. The result is a great and warm visual effect that reflects my attraction for the colours and the admiration for nature.
