Connect the Dots

Before forming connections with others, it is essential that we connect with our inner selves. As we age, our connections to ourselves and others change. We see ourselves evolving from bright and beautiful to old, wrinkled, and in some cases broken. We must “connect the dots” in order to function properly in our changing society. It is sometimes a struggle, but one we should endeavor to achieve.
