Barcelona Fruit Stand

The creation of amazing cuisine in Europe often begins with a daily shop at outdoor markets. One of my favorite markets is along La Rambla, the tree-lined pedestrian mall in central Barcelona. Produce is intricately stacked to best advantage in slanted bins. These bins abound with a luscious assortment of fruits and vegetables. Please enjoy this small sampling!
