Barbed Wire

Sunrise. Sunset. Another day. The barbed wire remains the same. The seasons slowly change on the other side of the barrier. I cannot watch what happens inside, so I stare at the barbed wire. There is no escape. No hope. Only fear, anger, despair, and pain. Sunrise. Sunset. Another day.
