#5, Hommage à ma grand-mère/ Homage to my Grandmother

The many Gothic cathedrals are part of our national heritage and I grew up in the shadow of one of them. These monuments, highly linked to our history and spirituality, touch my heart and I always have so much emotion at their sight. This is what made me decide to make a series of them, each seen in a different context.

This 5th cathedral is dedicated to my grandmother. To honor her, I used the borders and lace of sheets and tablecloths from her wedding trousseau, which I recently inherited.
