I have been a lover of anything sewing and artsy since childhood and quilting for over 20 years. I’m drawn to fabrics that inspire me to create art that coincides with personal experiences and current events. I’ve made quilts for family and friends and earned ribbons in juried and non-juried contests. Among my fiber art achievements, I was featured in Quiltmaker Magazine in July/August 2016; prior employer, NJT Enroute magazine; art published in We Are the Story traveling exhibit curated by Dr. Carolyn Mazloomi; participated in product video for Brother International; exhibited with Art in the Atrium, purchased by Novartis Pharmaceutical; exhibited, ribboned and purchased at NOTO Art Center, Topeka, KS; exhibited at Textile Center, Minneapolis, MN, purchased into permanent art collection of WP Church of Minneapolis; and many artworks exhibited and purchased in other venues.
My memberships include the Garden State Quilt Guild, North Jersey MQG, Teacup Quilters, and SAQA. As empty nesters, my husband and I enjoy our YMCA membership, healthy living, and traveling.
