SAQA is very much a hands-on, member-driven organization. Volunteering is a great way to meet other people and learn more about all the different opportunities.
Below are the current volunteer positions available. Don't see something you like? Contact us at volunteer@saqa.com and we can help find something that works for you.

Regional Representatives Needed
Regional Reps are needed for the Alabama & Mississippi, Southern California & Southern Nevada, and Kentucky & Tennessee regions. The Arizona region is looking for a Co-rep.
You can be the one to make a difference! We are looking to find one or two people who are energetic and passionate about SAQA to fill this volunteer position. It is a great way to meet other like-minded artists in SAQA and outside the organization through outreach and networking opportunities. Please contact the Regional Representative Coordinator for more information.
Volunteer at International Quilt Festival - Houston
Volunteering in the SAQA booth at shows and expos rewards both the volunteer and the organization. It is a way to meet fellow members, bond, network, represent this terrific organization of art quilters, and meet attendees who inquire about membership and the exhibits. Join the fun!
If you are attending the 2023 International Quilt Show in Houston, please consider helping at the SAQA booth. A sign-up link will be posted in September. We hope to see you there!
